Command HVAC is a family-owned business that was established in 1985 by a father and son team. Mike Balanca immigrated to the United States from Albania in 1975, where he began work as a tin-knocker in Brooklyn. His son, Reggie, shared his father's passion for construction and HVAC, and eventually the two went into business together. Command HVAC was born, and on the back of their combined expertise and dedication to the trade, Command has grown from humble beginnings into one of the premier mechanical contractors in New York City.

 

Throughout the years in business,  Command has developed and maintained long-standing relationships with a vast and varied clientele list, whose needs are our top priority. Command offers a full line of services including repairs, refurbishing, service & maintenance contracts, and new installations for commercial and residential properties.
